Listening to Young Children (LtYC)

We are completely committed to developing children’s conscious involvement in their own learning. We encourage children to express their views, to develop and maintain control over their environment, to evaluate their own learning, and to be involved in planning activities.This approach protects children from bullying, supports their progress in allcurriculum areas, and is a firm foundation for the future.

We build the older children's explicit involvement in the curriculum via twice weekly LtYC sessions.
