We aim to provide a quality service in all aspects of the School’s work. Nevertheless things sometimes do not go as they should. Please do not bury any worries or concerns you may have, small, medium or large. It is always better to air these openly, so that they can be resolved quickly and to everyone’s satisfaction.
For more complex issues that cannot be re- solved straight away it may be most appropriate to make an appointment. However staff, including the Headteacher, will always try to see you as soon as possible.
You should first raise any matter of concern with your child’s keyworker. If this does not resolve your concerns, the complaints procedure is as follows:
1. If you are not satisfied with the initial keyworker response you should raise the matter with the Headteacher (or the Deputy or Senior Nursery Officer or Horizon Team Leader in the absence of the Head).
2. Should you feel the concern has not been adequately addressed you may take your complaint to the Governing Body.
3. You may then take your complaint to the Department for Education, if still dissatisfied.
